"WARRANTY"

What is a warranty? As per the Webster's New World Dictionary it means:

"It is the seller's assurance to the purchaser that the goods or property is or shall be as  represented and, if not will be replaced or repaired"

"GUARANTEE"

What is a guarantee? As per the Webster's New World Dictionary it means:

"A pledge of assurance that something is as represented and will be replaced if it does not meet specifications"

All of our puppies are A K C registered

We as the seller guarantee that our puppies will be as healthy as they can be at the time of purchase.

The buyer is required to take the puppies to their veterinarian within 72 (3 business days) for a checkup. If you take possession of your new puppy on Saturday your still have through Wednesday to have him/her checked.

If any health problems are found at the time of this initial veterinarian examination, the buyer must contact us immediately and produce a written statement from the veterinarian.

The very first puppy shots at 6 to 8 weeks of age are given by our veterinarian in Pinetop. They are given a through checkup at this time. And if we still have them when they are due there last puppy shots and the rabies shots, our veterinarian gives them another through checkup. We give the shots in between here at Chihuahuas in the Pines.

You will receive along with your new puppy his/her complete medical history record. Take this along with you to your veterinarian. It is not good to overload your puppy on vaccines. If there is any question have your veterinarian give us a call.

We guarantee all of our puppy's for up to 12 months for any serious genetic faults like heart, lungs, etc

Remember if you smoke, second hand smoke is as bad on these little guys as it is on children.

We breed for the utmost in A K C Standards and temperament. The main thing is a good sound healthy puppy. We do not breed for the "Teacup myth" The smaller they get the more potential health problems they can have.

We go by the weight chart developed by Hilary Harmar in the Complete Chihuahua Encyclopedia to try to predict the weight when they are full grown, but we do not guarantee it. Neither do we guarantee that you will be able to show or breed your Chihuahua.

Please educate yourself on the Chihuahua breed. Make sure this is the right dog for you. They cannot stay out in the weather. They are people dogs and will love you unconditionally.

If you want a pet to love, check out the Chihuahua rescue centers and the pounds and save a very precious life.

And again make sure a Chihuahua is what you want, The worst thing you can do to one is to get it and have it for a year or 2 and then decide they are not for you, it will rip out their little hearts.

They live a long time, sometimes 15 to 20 years. It is a big commitment. Make sure you are big enough to handle it.

We do not ship our puppy's We will meet you at the airport in Phoenix, Arizona for you to receive your new puppy with a crate and the necessary supplies and papers to fly back to your home with you. There will be an additional charge of $150.00 for this service. All air fares and cost are the responsibly of the buyer
